Currently we do not offer international shipping, but do not worry, before we get to next season's candles, we will have international shipping figured out.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Due to the holiday mail please allow at least an additional week.

We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to hello@vicebyvice within 7 days of delivery.

A fresh, light fragrance works great in smaller spaces like kitchens (suggestion: #1-#3 and #11, while a bold, impactful scent can elevate a large lounge or dining room (suggestion: #5-10). Remember, your candle should match the vibe you want to create—and don't forget, it can help mask pet odors too)!
